  This place is a little obscure. The decor and setting is pretty much what you see in other restaurants similar to this one. The customer service is also a little weird. When we sat down, we didn't know what to do. We had to look around for signs to tell us what to do. The food was pretty good, though. You can fill your bowl with so much here and it's nice to have that available. All this place needs is better customer service and it's perfect.

  First and last time I come here. The two old Asian sisters or whatever they are attending the cashier and serving are horrendous at fulfilling customer satisfaction. Instead of being attentive to what their customers need, they stand back and with a vigilant eye observe the amount of servings a customer takes. Hence, they have multiple signs that read “Eat all you want but do not share.” I came here alone during a week day afternoon and after my second serving, one of those ladies brought me my check. I was about to say “Excuse me . . . here . . . take, I’ll let you know when I’m ready.” This only made me feel rushed and was unable to enjoy my dinner. In addition, they have only ONE young beautiful waitress who is actually keenly aware of all the restaurants customers’ requests. I saw her walking swiftly from corner to corner of the room trying to bring additional tea, water, and rice while the other two Asian ladies only stood back to see what customer had stood up to collect their tips including mine ! Also, at one point, the young beautiful waitress had brought me more tea. Minutes later, an elderly couple sitting near my vicinity had asked one of the Asian sisters if they could have more tea as well. As a reply she said, “Sorry we don’t have any more tea.” I felt very disturbed at that point and as the owner walked from the kitchen to the cashier, I asked him to cash me out so that I could leave.

  Service is attentive and polite. The food is tastey and fresh because of all the healthy fresh vegetables and noodles that you season yourself to be cooked on the round Mongolian Grill right in front of you, and of course for all the meat eaters there's a variety of chicken turkey, lamb or beef you can pile on top of your veggies for your delight. It Tastes as great as You want it to be!

  The food was good but the customer service is terrible. I came to this establishment for a business lunch and was treated as if we were trying to steal their egg rolls because we stated that 6 people were coming but one person didn’t show up. Since they gave us egg rolls for 6 people, they charged us for the additional egg rolls because the 6th person did not show up (which was not our fault). Overall, you can tell that the waiters/cashiers have trust issues with their customers and they were very rude. I would suggest that the employees work on their social skills and customer service. We will not be back.

  I didn't know what to order because I've never been there and I wanted some barbecue that was the only negative they don't have any barbecue but what I did order the shrimp Lobster was excellent I have never tasted anything like it before in my life well worth the money that you will spend
